A joyful baby photoshoot in London with a London Family Photographer

When I look back and remember bringing my new babies home, there is a definite rosy tint to my nostalgia.

I've all but forgotten the exhaustion, and sleep deprivation, the hell of midnight feeds and the surreal feeling of having my world turned completely and unrecognisably upside down.

What I do remember is the wonder, and the simple joy of holding a tiny being of unlimited potential in my arms.

Whether they are your first, your second (or even your fourth!), there is one thing that is universally true about having a new baby in your house: Despite the haze of exhaustion, new babies bring incredible joy.

And capturing that quiet, awesome, life-changing wonder, is one of the true privileges of being a family photographer.
