Marketing sorted for photographers:
your voice, your decisions, your personal AI team
Applications for the founding run close 31 October
Finally Found and Actually Booked
Twelve weeks to sort out your marketing and get your bookings back on track.
Photographers: When did marketing your business start feeling harder than the photography?
If the enquiries have gone quiet and Instagram's stopped working, it isn't you.
The way clients find and book photographers has changed, and you’re too busy shooting to figure it all out on your own. Let's get on top of it, together.
Welcome to Finally Found and Actually Booked: a twelve week programme with a small group of photographers, and me going through your business with you.
By March you're found on Google and in AI search, and your marketing plans itself every month, because you'll have built your personal AI team to do it.
You're found, you're booked, and your evenings are yours again.
You're a great photographer.
You've been doing this for years, and it's never felt harder.
The call that used to mean a guaranteed booking now ends in silence.
Families book at the last minute, if they book at all.
And social media has become a hamster wheel: you’re spinning it faster and faster and going nowhere.
Nobody can explain how AI search actually works (or how to get recommended).
And you're doing all of it round the school run, exhausted, wondering why the marketing isn’t working.
It isn't you.
And it is fixable.
Finally Found and Actually Booked is a twelve-week live programme, taught by me, Kirsty Hamilton, to a small group of photographers.
We'll figure out what's brilliant and what's broken in your marketing, see where your bookings are actually coming from and where you're leaking leads, and build a marketing solution that works for you and your business.
You'll build your own AI team, and stay in charge of it.
Your website
So Google and AI can find you and recommend you
Your numbers
So you know where your bookings really come from
Your content
So it speaks to the people already looking for you
Your AI assistants are set up over the twelve weeks, each with a specific job: reading your numbers so you know where the bookings come from, checking your website so Google and AI can find it, and planning your content so it speaks to the people already looking for you.
Built in Claude, trained on your business, and yours to keep.
They crunch the data and do the first drafts.
You decide what happens next, because you know your business and they don't.
Your voice, your decisions, their hours.
Then we build the marketing funnel that brings the work in while you're out shooting.

By March, here's where you'll be
✔ You'll know exactly what's working in your marketing and where you are losing leads and bookings, because you'll have found it and fixed it.
✔ Your website will be readable by Google AND by AI, and written so that the people who land on it book you.
✔ You'll know where every enquiry comes from, so you'll have stopped spending your evenings on the marketing that brings in none of them.
✔ And you'll have your own personalised marketing funnel running in the background, built on your own numbers and written in your own voice, one that works in the background to bring in the bookings, while you're out doing the shooting.
—— HOW IT WORKS ——
Fix Your Foundations:
Weeks 1 to 6
We’ll start with your website, because everything else depends on it.
We’ll figure out where you are losing bookings, make sure your website is set up to convert browsers to buyers, optimise your SEO and establish your authority (so you climb the ranks on Google).
Then the new bit everyone is talking about: getting found and recommended by AI.
You'll finish with: a website Google and AI can find, rewritten page by page, and a tracker so you can see what it's doing.
Hire Your Data Analyst:
Weeks 7 to 9
Now we find out where your work actually comes from. Not where it feels like it comes from.
You'll set up your first AI assistant, feed it your real numbers, and learn to read what it tells you: which of your marketing is paying, which is just keeping you busy, and what each booking actually costs you.
Then the ten-minute habit: a monthly check that keeps you honest without turning you into a numbers person.
You'll finish with: your own analyst, your baselines, and a one-page audit of your business you'll actually understand.
Your Cracking Content Creator:
Weeks 10 to 12
The final hire, and the one that gives you your evenings back.
You'll set up the content assistant I run myself: it plans your month around where your revenue really is and drafts from your words, your stories, your voice notes. You stay editor-in-chief.
Then the plan for the ninety days after we finish, so it keeps running when I'm not in the room.
You'll finish with: a working content desk, a marketing plan built on your own numbers, and a month of content ready to go.
How Finally Found and Actually Booked works
Twelve weeks from January
One live call a week, 90 minutes, all recorded. The lessons are released before each call so the call is for your business, not for watching videos together.
Two catch-up weeks
Catch up weeks are built in, because I know you've got a life and a diary.
Small group
I read every business application that comes in and only take the photographers I know this will work for, and I keep the participant number low so that we can optimise your site and make sure this is all set up and working for you.
Time commitment
Three to five hours a week. This course is designed for people with school runs and photoshoots to work around.
AI Tools
Everything runs in Claude, it’s the one AI tool I actually use (and I’ve tried all of them), and it works on the free plan.
Is this you?
✔ You have paying clients, you've got a live website, and the marketing is eating too much of your week.
✔ The enquiries aren't turning into bookings the way they used to or you are struggling with the marketing side of things.
✔ You shoot families, weddings, newborns, headshots, boudoir, pets, brands, or anything in between. The method is the same; the numbers are yours.
✔ You'd like someone who's done it to sit with you while you do it.

I keep this group small enough to look at your website properly, so before booking opens I'd like to know a bit about you: your site, what you shoot, how long you've been at it, and what's stopped working. I’ll reply to every application.
When booking for the founding run opens, the photographers I know this will work for get the invitation to book first. You already know the price; there's nothing hidden behind the form.
Filling this in doesn't commit you to anything. It just means you hear when booking opens before anyone else.

Great Questions, Honest Answers
-
No, and I'd rather say so now than have you find out in week one. You need a live website and paying clients, because we start by fixing the site you've already got. If you're not there yet, Launch Ready is built for you, and I'd love to see you in it.
-
Some of the courses are available as stand-alone mini courses. So you could go through those if you wanted. What you can't buy on its own is twelve weeks of me looking at your business WITH you, and a group doing it beside you, so you have people to work with and accountability to get it done. We work on your whole marketing platform in the order that makes them work together as one funnel. That's the difference between owning the map and arriving at your final destination.
-
Three to five hours, including the call. One live call a week, 90 minutes, with the lessons released beforehand so the call is spent on your business rather than watching videos together. It's built around school runs, not around people with twenty spare hours.
-
Nothing bad. Every call is recorded, and there are two catch-up weeks built in with no new content, because you have a diary and a life. The group is small enough that I'll know where you've got to, and I'll help you catch up.
-
The programme price is £1,050. The first run, in January 2027, is cheaper, because you're first and the first group through the doors. It will never be that price again. Founding means founding.
-
Yes the full price for the programme is £1,050 (split over 3 instalments) or £995 paid upfront. If you are on the founding run, you benefit from a special founding price which is £650 (split over 3 instalments) or £595 if paid upfront.
-
No. I'll show you how to tell whether the ads you already run are paying for themselves, and I'll point you to the people who teach the rest.
-
No. Everything runs in Claude, the one AI tool I actually use, and it works on the free plan. There's no code anywhere in this programme. And your website copy you write yourself: the AI critiques it and tightens it, it never drafts your pages for you.
-
I won't promise you that, because anyone who does is selling you something. What I will do is show you exactly what I did to my own site, what it cost me, and what happened next, the wins and the wobbles. Then we do it to yours, and you'll have the numbers to see it working, or not, for yourself.
-
Tell me about your business using the form on this page: your website, what you shoot, how long you've been at it, and what's stopped working. I read every application. When booking for the founding run opens, the photographers I know this will work for get the first invitation to book.
-
Tell me about your business anyway. The next run is £1,050 (split over 3 instalments) or £995 paid upfront, and the people already on my list hear about it first.
—— In case we haven’t met yet ——
Hi! I’m Kirsty
For fifteen years I was a journalist. I knew how to write words that made people act; what I didn't know was how to make that career fit around two small children.
So at 34 I quit, picked up a camera in desperation, and spent a decade figuring out the hard way how to get clients, how to get found on Google, and how to build a business that bends to my family instead of against it.
Over a thousand shoots later, it does.
Then, in 2026, I went through nine years of my own business data and found out what was actually true.
That's what this programme teaches: how to find out what's true in your business, and what to do about it
