A Summer London Photoshoot in Regent's Park | Family Photography
If you are looking to get an English garden vibe for your summer London photoshoot, then Regent’s Park is a superb location.
From beautiful landscaped walk ways with gushing fountains to the lush Queen Mary’s rose garden where you are surrounded by the heady scent from thousands of roses, you really are spoilt for choice for gorgeous backgrounds for your images.
This family were visiting from Singapore and really wanted some beautiful greenery in their photos for their summer London Photoshoot.
So Regent’s Park was the perfect choice.
Whenever young children are involved in a photoshoot, I want to make sure I really capture that fun-loving bond you have with them.
So this photoshoot involved lots of cuddles and tickles and silly games.
The Queen Mary rose garden was utterly heavenly and provided so many lovely nooks for photos that we spent quite a bit of time there (and I also couldn’t get enough of the beautiful scents in the air!)
And just through the beautifully manicured roses is one of my favourite places in the whole park, the Japanese Garden Island, which is accessible a the far end of a pond filled with ducks and swans.
It’s the perfect place for one of my favourite photos from a summer London photoshoot in Regent’s park.
Framed in foliage and perfectly reflected in the water, it’s the most wonderful place for a show-stopping family photo you’ll want to print out large and hang on a feature wall in your home - you can see the image I am talking about at the top of this page.
Are there other locations near Regent’s Park we can visit for a Summer London Photoshoot?
This really is a vibrant and exciting part of London. If you are looking to extend your photoshoot we can also fit in some photos at the eclectic Camden Market which is nearby.
Camden lock is a beautiful location for photos and you can even opt to hop in a boat to Little Venice.
If you have kids with you (and even if you don’t!) London Zoo is located in the park and is a great place to enjoy the rest of the day AND have some unforgettable photos!
